Questions
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. Cash value on every card is yours. The monthly fee is the only thing you pay us.
What about card processing fees?
Stripe charges its normal fee, about 2.9% plus 30 cents, the same as any card reader. That comes out of your side. Cardjar adds nothing on top.
Do I need any equipment?
No. You redeem cards on the phone, tablet, or computer you already have.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Cards sold through Cardjar never expire and carry no fees.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Cards already sold stay valid and you can keep redeeming them.
Do my customers need an account?
No. They pick an amount, pay, and the card arrives by email.
